Shipping Policy

All orders placed on suvere.com are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking activity to begin.

Delivery time may vary based on location, customs clearance, and courier delays.


Shipping Terms & Disclaimers

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact your local postal service to initiate an investigation. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the tracking status to update.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Origin: Orders may be shipped from either domestic or international fulfillment centers, depending on current stock levels.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped from international warehouses may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country's regulations.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • If the customer fails to pay duties or respond to customs inquiries and the package is returned, all associated shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund.
